Creative Rehab and Osteopathy is a home based clinic in Ancaster that offers patients a private and relaxing atmosphere in which to begin their healing process. I offer Osteopathy, Athletic Therapy, Kinesiology and Orthopaedic Bracing. The clinic is also equipped with a gym for exercise prescription.
Chad Fleck - DO(MP), CAT(C), R.Kin - Chad started his education with a Bachelor of Science in Human Kinetics from the University of Guelph (1997). He then graduated from Sheridan College (2000) as an Athletic Therapist with a Diploma in Sports Injury Management with high honours and was the recipient of the prestigious Robert Firth Memorial Scholarship. Chad then continued his education at the accredited Canadian College of Osteopathy where he earned his Diploma in Osteopathic Manual Practice (2011), one of the only designations recognized by the Ontario Government and Insurance providers. Chad has several years experience teaching Anatomy and Rehabilitation courses at McMaster University and Sheridan College and belongs to the Ontario Association of Osteopathic Manual Practitioners, the Canadian Athletic Therapists Association, the Ontario Athletic Therapists Association and the College of Kinesiologists of Ontario. In his free time, Chad enjoys Mountain Biking, Motocross and Snowboarding.
